Office Administrator position is a full time position Monday – Friday.  0830 to 1700.  Some weekend & after-hours work with advanced notice due to administrative responsibilities for community events.  Sick/Personal and Vacation time accrue after 90-days of employment.

 

Job Description

Administrative duties include: Answering multiple phone lines, Bookkeeping experience, AR/AP, bi-weekly payroll, Quickbooks a must, Excel, Microsoft Office, excellent communication skills, reception, scanning documents, filing, coordination and preparation of incoming and outgoing shipments/packages and correspondence.

Provide administrative support by maintaining CEO’s calendars, by planning and scheduling conferences, teleconferences and business events. This position does require communicating and obtaining information; following-up on delegated assignments. and perform other duties as assigned.

Ideal candidate will possess a mature, positive and professional attitude, have a team oriented focus, good interpersonal skills and pleasant, professional telephone manner are required.

 

Basic Bookkeeping Qualifications:

  • AA Degree preferred and at least 2 years of Administrative/Bookkeeping experience
  • Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Excel.
  • Process payroll in an accurate and timely fashion in accordance with all company, local, state and federal requirements and laws. Maintain and ensure the confidentiality of all payroll information and processing.
  • Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable experience
  • Invoice and Payment processing
